Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

  • I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

Hi, after upgrading the CoE starter kit to version 4.23 I'm receiving a lot of emails with this message:

"Gael Castro has added you as Co-owner to a flow"

The admin account is my own account.

I'm receiving emails from different flows and when I try to access the flows I receive the message "You don't have access to this flow"

It seems to be the same issue I have seen here:

[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] CoE admin account added as co-owner for some flows · Issue #5527 · microsoft/coe-starter-kit · GitHu

This happens during the execution of the following flow: Admin | Sync Template v3 (Flow Action Details)

When a flow contains certain connections (like http connections) we cannot gather some details, like the authentication pattern or the referenced http host, without calling the Get Flow action as these details are not returned in the Get Flow as Admin call.
As a result, we add the identity running the flow, fetch the needed details, and then reset the permissions

Unfortunately there is no option to do this without the mail getting sent.
So if you want to gather the information like the details about flow actions this is just some noise you will need to deal with, perhaps with exchange rules.

Hope that makes sense.
