There is a broken link in the README.

Hi @guettli,
Thanks for your interest in Kiota and for reporting this.
It's because the documentation page was never written for the CLI experience.
@CarolKigoonya would you mind taking the time to document the getting started steps for the CLI with the help of @calebkiage please?
You can look at this example and the file name should be cli.md. Don't hesitate if you have questions.
