Steps to Build the Solution

Step 1 : Clone the Git Repository.
Step 2 : Generate a personal access token on GitHub by clicking on Settings -> Developer Settings -> Personal Access Tokens.
Step 3 : Generate a new token with "read:org" and "read:packages" permissions with SSO enabled.
Step 4 : Replace the user name with the GitHub username and password with access token generated in the nuget config("msrecruit-scheduling-engine\schedule-service\nuget.config").
