Is there any Auto Import Python extension available or in is development for VS Code

I think there is many auto import extension, but not for Python, which is very extensive for work with VS Code. I am sorry if this feature is already suggested, but like to contribute if it is in development. Please do share some info. if this is already resolved.

Hi @DonJayamanne, Thanks for sharing the Issue is already raised, But I don't see any action and locked for only collaborators. Is this something only Microsoft is developing or we can contribute it too. Could you hi-light something on this, after seeing Issue #21 ?
