Currently the "Open With Code" Windows Explorer content menu integration can only be enabled during install, which is annoying if you forgot to check it and impossible to do if installing via the Windows Store.

Given Windows holds the state for this (making the VSCode settings a poor home for the preference), perhaps a command palette item would be a better fit.

It would be great if “open with code” were implemented in MacOS
