Allow me to turn off AI slop

1. Open VS code with any folder
2. watch AI "features" i didn't ask for and can't remove pop up and pollute my workspace.

You people can't be serious. Nobody wants AI. It's manufactured demand. Not real. Wake up and stop ruining a perfectly good product.

I didn't install any copilot extension. if vs code did, it was against my will and behind my back.

This. I want it gone, It pops up every time i open vs code and if there's a way to remove it it should be more prominent:

Set "chat.disableAIFeatures": true to true and it should go away for good. Normally it's more discoverable but you disabled chat.commandCenter.enabled so need to go via settings instead of the button at the top
