Right now every request is triggered immediately and directly. It might be a good idea to add a ratelimit queue with retry functionality to the managers that are also able to combine request(e.g. https://census.daybreakgames.com/get/ps2:v2/character?character_id=5428569415095835281,5428010618035323201)
