Minor compatibility update

Simple fix for reported issues in environments that have multiple versions of InDesign installed.

Update adding new alignment option

Adding a new alignment option "Middle relative to edge".

Multi Page Importer

Implemented #2 in a pretty basic fashion:
The script now allows you to select AI files for placing.

Important assumptions:

• The AI is saved as PDF compatible
• The script only checks the first page and assumes all other pages/Illustrator artboards have the same size

If you run into bugs please open a new issue.

Latest update incorporating 2 user-facing changes:

• Added new document scale for easy page scaling (applies if you place pages without having a document open)
• Tag all placed frames (see Windows->Utilities->Script Label)

Multi Page Importer

This is the latest version of Zanelli's Multi Page Importer script.

I moved the code here to add a small bug fix and give it a new home for further development.

A quick test indicates that this is still working in InDesign CC 2018.
