Allow the ability to remove single files from MRU rather than blanket clear #101

It would be nice if you could easily remove individual files from the MRU. Or, when trying to open a file which no longer exists, if MDE would prompt to remove that item (or just remove it automatically, although a prompt is probably more useful if it's a transient issue like a dropped network connection).

On a similar vein, currently the MRU always closes after selecting a file, even in the event of an error (i.e. a missing file). If an error occurs maybe keep the MRU open?
