Fix broken OpenCV linking in ROS Kinetic #36

This fixes the following compilation issues with catkin:

undefined reference to `cv::findChessboardCorners(cv::_InputArray const&, cv::Size_<int>, cv::_OutputArray const&, int)'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

After applying these changes, it compiles without an issue. Thanks to user https://github.com/tiagojdias

@guilhermelawless could you tell me what platform you're compiling on? Even without this change, it seems to be linking correctly on the build farm and in release.

Oh, I just noticed "Kinetic" in the title. That makes sense.

Sorry @mikeferguson , should have provided more info. This has been a necessary change to the CMakeLists file for many software using OpenCV in ROS Kinetic, after a recent update.
