I've added a function for reading of the values in assembly info file. This can be useful if anyone wants to have some logic based on actual values before actually modifying of the assembly info.
I'm not a gulp expert, so be careful with that :) Any feedback would be appreciated, especially on how to plug that into the gulp infrastructure.
