    Replaced how the bases, cursor, grid, border and chunk markers are drawn.
    The cursor and base rings are projected like decals and the others are done using a new shader.
    Fix how decals vansished when you moved in side their bounding box.

    Changed Model Rendering to Cached sorted method. Much faster.
    Fixed state change issues with the window.
    Added one more RGB texture to the FBO to use as flag with decals.

    I removed it because I was creating a bitmap to pick the color from.
    This was using lots of memory and slowing rendering down when viewer was full screen.
    Now I use OpenGL and read the pixel under the cursor.

    Added a MapInfo tool for looking at textures and info on the map.
    I made the texture viewer MUCH better.. Now it can zoom and move the texture around.
    Also I added a blend button and stopped the from from being locked in size.
    Now you can make it full screen if you wish.
