I like the idea! But I didn't like the default. :) I'd prefer to default this to clearing the line numbers, as that's more in line with the "distraction free" roots of the plugin. I'd originally planned to drop the `no` from the option name to reverse it's meaning for consistency with the rest of the options. I changed my mind while writing it, and turned the option into an action: `g:vimroom_clear_line_numbers`. This seems easier to understand, and more in line with how I think about the feature. Closes Issue #14.

Closes issue #8.
Fixing issue #2: If navigational keys were already mapped, VimroomToggle would throw an error due to the `<unique>` flag on the mappings. I've now wrapped those in a try/catch block to grab the error, and provided an option for the mappings that you can turn off if you've already mapped the keys to your liking.
* Added `g:vimroom_sidebar_height` configuration variable to determine the height of the upper and lower windows, which defaults to 3 lines.
* Mapping `:VimroomToggle` to toggle the VimRoom view on and off (thanks FND!) * Changed the external `<Plug>Vimroomize` mapping to `<Plug>VimroomToggle` to match. `Vimroomize` was a silly name. `VimroomToggle` is more descriptive, and less stupid.
