Do not combine some imports #25

assuming foo.py:

__all__ = ['foo']

foo = 'foo'
bar = 'bar'

sometimes the following is desired:

from foo import *
from foo import bar

importanize combines above imports which is incorrect. it should only combine non-star imports.
