Behavior of optional segments rules is different in IE8 than other browsers. Still didn't had time to investigate what causes the behavior.

This spec fails on IE8: https://github.com/millermedeiros/crossroads.js/blob/cb6b61456d3db05f6ce0ef6f1a4ca13196a0bc3e/dev/tests/spec/match.spec.js#L512-535

@millermedeiros Normalizes IE 7-8 RegExp behavior fixing many bugs.
Optional capturing groups are matched as an empty string on IE 7-8
while it is matched as `undefined` on other browsers. The global
flag also causes some undesired side effects on IE 7-8 so make
sure we reset the `RegExp.lastIndex` during `captureVals`.
