Right now the script to create a docker container installs Mindsdb

TASK: Modify the docker distribution, so that it also starts the Mindsdb Server

python -m mindsdb

@pwees I'm adding a docker-composer.yaml distribution. I had planned on having the docker-compose.yaml point to the Dockerfile.

Can we work on this together?
