Initialize repo data structures

Today, configfile init command create configuration files/dirs, create repo dir and git pull the repo where data are stored.

If the repo is empty, it will be cool that the command create the directories structure (maybe with fake script to test if everything is ok).

To be useful configfile should push automatically on remote the new empty data structure.

But prior to that, configfile should ask if user want to create this empty data structure
