the texture follows the same license as before. N.B. the old hair is darkened and is under the hat layer. looks much better than before.
This reverts commit 636a45b.

This pull request adds the following:
Glowing Mese -- Akin to MC's glowstone.
Glowing Dye -- Usable craft to craft things like moreblock's glowglass...
Moonflower -- Only opens at night, and is used to craft Glowing Dye. Is also rare.
Moonflower code belongs to Taoki (MirceaKitsune.)
Textures are licensed as CC-BY-SA
Code is licensed GNU LGPL.
N.B. Player's hair as a hat was reverted and is not in this pull request, for that, see #168
