ntfy integration is missing #2811

Hi, according to #2611 and the documentation there should be an item in integrations for ntfy. However I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'm using version 2.1.4

Nevermind, I just checked if there is a new version and ntfy was added in 2.2.0

I'll leave this open for now, maybe the documentation could mention that this was introduced in 2.2.0 to avoid confusion.
