Doc feature request: simpler way to get links to items in the minizinc reference

Quite often, I want to link to a specific constraint in the MiniZinc reference. As far as I've seen, the only way to get this link is to use "Inspect element" to find the relevant anchor to link to, for example https://www.minizinc.org/doc-2.5.1/en/lib-globals.html#index-87.

It would be useful to have some small visual part that can be used to find the actual link. Compare for example the appearing paragraph links in the Python documentation: https://docs.python.org/3.9/library/collections.html#collections.Counter.elements
