Bug: Inconsistent Vale vocabulary across language versions

The Vale vocabulary list contains inconsistent values across language versions. The Spanish and French versions use Github (line 102) and APIs (line 103), while the Chinese version correctly uses GitHub and API. Since Vale is case-sensitive and this vocabulary list is technical configuration (not translatable content), all versions must have identical values. The incorrect capitalization of Github will cause Vale to reject the correct GitHub spelling, and the plural/singular mismatch creates inconsistent linting behavior across localized documentation.

Bug: Vale vocabulary incorrectly translated to Chinese

The Vale vocabulary list contains Chinese translations instead of the required English technical terms. Multiple entries were incorrectly translated: repo → 仓库, dev → 开发, _italic_ → _斜体_, Strikethrough → 删除线, Blockquotes → 块引用, Singleline → 单行, Multiline → 多行, onboarding → 入门引导, middleware → 中间件, runtime → 运行时, todo → 待办, prev → 上一页, next → 下一页, and toc → 目录. Vale vocabulary lists are technical configuration that must contain exact English terms matching what appears in documentation. Vale will not recognize these Chinese translations, breaking the linter's functionality for Chinese documentation.
