[LEGAL] webassets should not bundle jsmin which has a non-free license #170

As reported in many places (e.g. [1][2][3]), the license for JSmin is unsuitable and incompatible for use with open-source projects. Bundling it in python-webassets puts the licensing of the whole project at risk. This code should be ripped out of webassets entirely. A possible alternative would be to use the properly open-source implementation provided by the v8 project.

Remove the bundled copy of jsmin.
Closes #170, which raises concerns about it's license's "Use for good not evil"
clause. Since the bundled copy as deprecated for a while now, removing it is
no further trouble.
