With the NArrangeVS plugin active, VS 2013 crashes each time I use the Refactor -> Rename feature.

I was able to reproduce the crash on several machines, all running Visual Studio Premium 2013 (Update 4) with NArrangeVS v1.1.

@niehsaibot I released version 1.2 to the Visual Studio Gallery which should fix this issue. Thanks for reporting this. It was not easy to track this one down. It ended up being that you can't create an UndoContext when Refactor -> Rename is occurring and there doesn't seem to be a way to tell when it is. I ended up not using an UndoContext at all.
