Current issue with KittenVR (both non-VR and VR-mode) where the mouse look script doesn't work on the Y-Axis.

Recreating the entire character controller will work for the first one or two times before the same issue happens. Removing and putting the character script back on doesn't fix the issue.

Added an additional Mouse Y input for Xbox controller joystick, but this doesn't seem to be the issue. Y axis mouse look (and controller look) completely broken even after removing joystick input.

X-axis on both mouse and controller input works fine.

Took several replacement FPS Controllers to stop the issue from occurring in the Unity Editor game view. A test WebGL build worked for the mouse directions, but the axes for the Xbox controller were unstable and didn't work properly on the Y axis, though this was specific to controller input vs. mouse input.

The Windows x64 build did not repro this bug! It seems to be an issue with the beta WebGL export.
