Set dirty when the highest blockhash changes
A bit better in that there is no time delay, but still results in redundant data requests to the server
getting outpoints doesn't. yet.
move old stuff to insight file outpoint tracking still doesn't work, but in most cases wallet works OK without it. Height still doesn't get set. getting there.
next use POST to query all at once also get correct height info
uses url given in conf file also add yup/node functions

Looks like it works, and can still be updated more once merged in. upsv still works and powless can be selected independently for each coin.
