python version compatible with pdoc #78

Hi,

I tried to generate documentation using pdoc on two different systems one with python 2.7.6 version and another with python 2.7.10 version..

everything is same except python versions... documentation results look way different...

is pdoc dependant on python version it is running on...

pdoc now targets Python 3.6 and later.
