  1. Hac-Man game plugin (#5)

    Add Hac-Man game plugin.
    * Ms Hac Man moves across the screen
    * player now collides with walls
    * the game now resets (in a rather janky way) when the player finishes all the pellets
    * the game now resets when you lose all your lives, via ghosts
    * maps are now genrated from images found in images/hackman
    * corrected ghost colors; sped up player movement speed
    * the game appropriately advances and resets (after 3 deaths)
    * ghosts get all woobly when power pellets are eaten, for 15s
    * ghosts go back to their start positions if they're eaten when woobly
    * made walls a different color than woobly ghosts
    * the ghosts move with some shitty shitty AI
    * walls change color to show when ghosts are about to go unwoobly
    * ghosts wait until you move before moving
    * adjusted maps and woobliness period
    * pellets pulse
    * FIX: ghosts properly reset woobliness when the level restarts; also, added alives counter to the HUD
    * player and ghosts now also pulse
    * added the hac-man logo
    * a win and death now include a slight delay
    * player fades on loss and map blinks on win
    * PATCH: game is now set to MINI, and only runs using windows 4-14
    * adjusted window fix -- now using correct windows (4-14), inverted previously

      This contains a *very* basic GIF reader and display-er. This code can
      be cleaned up a bit. Some known bugs:
        - Gifs bigger than the size of the building will only be sampled
          from 0,0 -> height,width of the building.
        - Gif frame-delays are ignored for a static speed. This is perhaps
          not great.
        - The code to set / manage gifs is a bit sloppy. It should work
          fine, but it may need a tweak if we're going to show the code off.
