This is a problem with Milla workflow, but $VERSION in cpanm.PL file is not updated correctly with MIlla's auto-bump plugin.

Also, fatscript.pm and bin/cpanm contains several $VERSION from fatpacked modules and the plugin is trying to bump them as well, although most of the time that's ignored and harmless.
