cpanm --showdeps . should exit with a non-0 status when Makefile.PL cannot be loaded #433

If the Makefile.PL tries to load a module that is not yet installed, then the cpanm --showdeps . command should exit with a non-0 status. This is especially problematic with the -q flag, which you might use in a larger script (like the travis-perl helpers).
