Another implementation of #131

You can add paths to PATH environment variable in spec_helper.rb like this:

RSpec.configure do |c|
  c.path = '/usr/local/rbenv/shims:/sbin:/usr/sbin'

Or in each spec like this:

describe 'Custom path setting' do
  before :all do
    RSpec.configure do |c|
      c.path = '/usr/local/rbenv/shims:/sbin:/usr/sbin'

support provider with path #131

Remove adding default PATH
Error ``sorry, you are not allowed to set the following environment variables`` shows up with sudo secure_path setting.

So I've removed adding default PATH.
