#1 -- A quickie Google search suggests that "operations security" (OPSEC) is generally referred to as a process, not a policy, and that it's lowercased. The acronym, however, is all caps.

#5 -- According to the Reuters report, the bill would "preserve the staffing" as well as the materials of the pending investigation. That might be significant. Politico says the combined bill would give the SC 10 days to challenge any termination in court. Oh boy, would that ever be fun!
