#2 -- if the questioning involved the transition and the inauguration, IMO it went beyond the election. I sorta like "aftermath" because it sounds more disastrous, but "afterwards" is probably better.

#5 -- source says "Justice Department officials" and doesn't name Rosenstein, so this is probably safer.

Rudy #3: The CNN story has that extra "on" in the quote -- "on been on board" -- but I'm still itching to take it out. And to add an "a" before "couple of weeks" . . .
