#3 -- The CNN story doesn't include Nunes as a target of the requested investigation, just the committee staff. (Not sure such an investigation COULD target a member of Congress -- interesting question.)

#6 -- Edit is to make it clearer what those prosecutors are up to -- at first I thought they didn't want the CIA, DIA, et al. to see this stuff!
