#4 -- There's a reliable report out there that refutes 45's claim that the restaurant is dirty, i.e., it's consistently passed inspections for several years. Can't find it at the moment, but IMO 45 shouldn't have the last word on this.

Notable #1: I don't get the 2nd sentence, and the source isn't helping "Lobbyist's client's interests" -- not clear who's who or what the connection to Pruitt is. And what does "the agency" refer to? If it's the EPA, a close relationship with Pruitt isn't surprising.
