Workspaces will have:

• open (boolean value determined by local time)
• wifi (boolean value)
• outlets (none available, sparse, limited, many, in-floor, in-tables, guaranteed available)
• restrooms (cleanliness, size, gender neutral, changing station)
• seating (represented by a choice of 5 strings)
• atmosphere (quiet, loud, private, open)
