Incorrect Styles for MenuItemSwitch #1126
Description
One of my refactors messed up the MenuItemSwitch component styles. Looks like the spacing classes aren't provided.
I might also need to update the documentation about how not to close the menu after one of the new MenuItem* components are clicked.
