Description

  • This PR adds CI using Github Actions.
  • Every PR that makes changes to C++ files will be followed by a Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) build and a Windows build.
  • The result of the build will show up in the PR and also in the Actions tab.

Type of change

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

  • I have performed a self-review of my own code
  • My changes generate no new warnings
