A user might want to pick a specific agent to use when chatting. A agent picker should take a model as input and then output an instance with the picked agent attached to the model. This would enable a flow like: model picker -> agent picker -> start chat. or a user might have assigned a key which always picks the same model but then prompts the user to pick an agent
