Date of migration file is set to the local machine's current timezone, while it should be on GMT.
Ex: 20150119213757_create_categories_projects.rb instead of 20150120053757_create_categories_projects.rb (it's 09:37:57 PM on my machine in PST, but it should generate a file at 05:37:57 AM the next day, aka GMT)

As you may have noticed, this repo is a showcase just to answer that stackoverflow question from more than 3 years ago. If you make a pull request, I would add that to the repo, but I have no time (and interest) in the moment to fix it by myself. Hope you can understand that ...

However, I felt guilty finding a bug and not reporting it, so that's why I posted this issue. I actually don't have the time to fix this either :( I guess we might just leave this open in case someone has some time to fix and PR it...
