timers.cpp could not complied under win32 #211

timers.cpp could not complied under win32.
We need add those codes at line 15 of timers.cpp

#ifdef _WIN32
inline void timersub(const timeval* tvp, const timeval* uvp, timeval* vvp);
#endif // _WIN32

Fixed in r11994. What compiler are you using? This wasn't a problem on VS2010 (though looking at it -- it should have been).
