Lein hook

Do you think you could merge this to master and push a 0.2.3 release to clojars? The change is that I've added a Leiningen hook to make it easier to use this across all the projects on which you work. I believe I ran this by you a few months ago, but I updated the docs to make it clearer.

I have commit, but I didn't want to merge the changes to master because the readme won't be accurate until a new release is on Clojars.
