This was a great read, thanks for the suggestion @gregburek.
I think it's a stretch for the first book on resilience engineering for a newcomer from a software engineering background, but it's definitely readable and useful so I'm going to add it for now. It may get replaced or moved to a follow-up slot if we can find a good intro/survey/overview book that also focuses on practical applications (e.g. perhaps #22?).
