Thanks for the recommendation on this! I think there is some good stuff in here,
but there is also a lot of stuff outside of capacity planning that I think will be better
covered other materials (e.g. on metrics in general and different metrics systems).
I'd like to have at least one resource on capacity planning though. I'm going to
open a new issue to track that and include this as the leading candidate for now.
