Redesign layouts with focus on simplicity and minimalism

It's that time again where I burn it all down, redesign, and rebuild. Let's start with giving the page, work, and archive layouts a refresh.

Design goal: feel more like a "personal" site and less like a typical blog. Standards like social sharing links, tag clouds, etc. are overkill and not needed (as indicated by analytics).
