Update Brazilian Portuguese translation

This pull request translates untranslated source texts and updates translations for a few translated source texts for Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).

@georgeraraujo Thanks for adding in the missing translations.

Can you explain your motivation for changing some of the other texts? As someone who doesn't natively speak Brazilian Portuguese I can't determine if the new text is better than the previous.

I often get pull requests like this and I don't want to merge it in just to get another PR from someone else that preferred the previous translated texts.

Hi @mmistakes ,

• breadcrumb_home_label was wrong;
• search_label was wrong;
• less_than had poor grammar;
• related_label sounded a bit strange to my pt-BR ears;
• follow_label was different from en-US and other languages, and too long on mobile;
• email_label, recent_posts, comment_form_info, and comment_form_email_label were my own personal preference;
• undefined_wpm was a bit vague;
• search_placeholder_text was different from en-US and other languages, and a command rather than an instruction.

I understand your concerns, so I've reverted the translations that I deemed likely to cause friction.
