Stable before major upgrades

There may be breaking changes coming as I explore different ways of approaching the SportScanner project. This release is the most up to date version, stable for a period of time before those changes are made.

Official folder structure support

This release changes the required folder structure to match what Plex recommends. This cuts out several issues that only seem to appear while running the server on OSX. It also changes the API calls to pull back less data each time so the matching happens faster.

Basic functionality exists with rudimentary mapping for some components
