rebar create difference in newer rebar versions #131

If you update the bundled rebar binary to a newer version, any call to rebar create which expects to find mochiwebapp.template will need to pass -r/--recursive. Related: rebar/rebar#226.

v2.9.0 upgrades rebar and fixes the issues with the template https://github.com/mochi/mochiweb/releases/tag/v2.9.0
