@padraic as you know I've been ready to drop PEAR support for some time, given the big guns are now doing so, I think we should go for it now too.

@davedevelopment I'm considering a note for the changelog/blog announcement along these lines:

0.9.1 is the final version of Mockery that will be made available via the PEAR channel and which will feature a package.xml file. The channel will remain online until at least 31 October 2014 to facilitate a six month migration period for users still reliant on PEAR.

@padraic cool. I've added the things I think are needed by PEAR, but I don't know what I'm doing and the tooling I have (pyrus) isn't working and I don't have time to investigate as it stands.

Just tagged 0.9.1, if there's anything wrong with the pear meta data (like there was last time), we'll just tag and roll 0.9.2 for them.
