Fix reversed order of verify parameters

For consistency the parameters of the method
MockedStatic.verify(VerificationMode, Verification)
have been swapped to
MockedStatic.verify(Verification, VerificationMode)
as this order is already used in
Mockito.verify(T, VerificationMode)
