Validate schemas on the caller side (in addition to callee)

Right now, the SDK validates schemas on the callee side: for elicitations, we validate on the client; for tools, we validate on the server.

This is inconsistent with the typescript SDK, which validates on both sides (i.e. doesn't trust its peer).

We should do the same.
